I am a pastor, leader, engineer, and builder of people, systems, and legacy. For more than two decades, I have dedicated my life to helping people grow spiritually, lead effectively, and live with purpose.

As the Senior Pastor of Heart of Worship Church, my passion is cultivating a culture of worship and raising wholehearted followers of Christ who love God deeply, love people intentionally, and live lives that advance the Kingdom of God.

Beyond ministry, I serve as a global leader in engineering and quality at Mattel, where I lead teams responsible for ensuring excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across worldwide operations. My engineering background has shaped the way I approach leadership — combining vision with execution, inspiration with strategy, and purpose with practical action.
